We’ve organized them by themes. You can find all these retreats in the “Program” menu or by clicking on the image. Not all of them are in English. We’ve noted this in the text.
Silent meditation retreats

EN-FR – A few days of silence to help us cultivate the art of attentive listening. Teachings and guided meditations led by Denis Robberechts to help us delve into the depths of our inner selves. And during the retreat, an evening of listening and dancing to an electronic music performance by a musician who is also participating in the retreat.

FR – Silent retreats, meditation, mindful eating, mono-diet, Shiatsu massage, nature walks, energy exercises. Discovering and freeing ourselves from our addictions to food and compulsive thinking.

FR – Lying down meditation is not well known, yet it is very useful. For example, it has the advantage of inducing much-needed relaxation for fruitful meditation. It reduces the feeling of being an actor, in control of our meditation, leaves our mind open, undirected, and brings us closer to “non-doing”. It is a surefire way to process emotions…
Meditation and walking retreats

FR The Silent Caravan For nine days, accompanied by camels, we will venture deep into the Moroccan Sahara. We will let ourselves be moved by the desert, a world of breathtaking beauty. The harmonious simplicity of the sand dunes rolling as far as the eye can see will reawaken in us a love of simplicity.

EN – FR Walking in nature is meditative in itself. The rhythm of walking, the physical exertion, the beauty of nature—all of this soothes the mind, reopens the heart, and often allows us to see more clearly where we stand. Meditative hiking is about amplifying this natural process by adding a clear intention to be present with ourselves, a detachment from our usual ruminations, and mindful attention to the beauty that surrounds us. This combination of two practices as basic as they are ancient (walking and being mindful) reconnects us to what is essential, nourishes the often-neglected vitality within us, simplifies our lives, reawakens joy and enthusiasm, and illuminates our vision with new perspectives.

Unique meditation retreats

EN-FR To keep our minds clear and fully enjoy the moment, our festival is drug- and alcohol-free. We eat vegan and prepare our meals using organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. The site, located in the heart of the Bresse region, offers all the amenities we need for our stay: showers, dry toilets, a pond, and a tent that transforms into a dance floor when the time comes. We pay special attention to the quality of our food and hospitality.

FR It is said that Buddha’s enlightenment took place on the night of the full moon in May. Every year, millions of people meditate on this night. This festival is called Wesak.
We also celebrate Wesak on our land near Vieussan, in the Hérault region. If you live nearby, please join us!

EN – FR Registration begins on April 1. A vacation along a beautiful river in the Haut Languedoc Nature Park. Quiet mornings and small discussion groups. No set schedule or lectures. We decide together what the atmosphere of this vacation will be like.

All year
