For our 19th silent meditation retreat, we have some wonderful updates to share with you! For the second time, we are offering an extended version, reserved for those who have already completed at least one silent retreat. This will be an opportunity to explore the practice more deeply through guided meditations and more advanced teachings.

Another new feature is that it will be international, open to participants from other countries.

An Exceptional Setting: It will take place in a Zen temple nestled in a stunning mountainous environment in the Hérault region (Southwest France).
